Cancellation policy

Terms & Conditions Weather Contingency If boat or ferry services are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the trip will be postponed and a credit voucher will be issued. Voluntary Cancellations Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure will receive a credit voucher valid for one (1) year. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are strictly non-refundable. Non-Refundable Policy Any services or vouchers not utilized within the one-year validity period will not be eligible for refund, extension, or price adjustment. Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort Policy (Independent) Please note that the above cancellation terms do not apply to hotel bookings. Cancellation, rebooking, or refunds for stays at Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort are governed solely by the hotel’s own internal policies and are not linked to transportation or tour services. Unforeseen Overnights If return transportation is disrupted due to operational issues, weather conditions, or government regulations, guests may be required to stay overnight on the island. In such cases, tent accommodation and meals will be arranged by the company. However, all associated costs will be borne by the guest.
