Cancellation policy

Weather Contingency: If boat or ferry services are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the trip will be postponed and credit vouchers will be issued. Voluntary Cancellations: Cancellations made by the guest up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure will be issued a credit voucher valid for one (1) year. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are strictly non-refundable. Non-Refundable Policy: Any services or vouchers not utilized within the one-year validity period will not be eligible for refund, extension, or price adjustment. Remal Hotel Policy (Independent): Please note that Points 1 and 2 do not apply to hotel bookings. Cancellation, rebooking, or refunds for stay at Remal Hotel are governed exclusively by the hotel’s specific internal policies and are not linked to transportation transfers or tour packages. Unforeseen Overnights: In the event that return transportation is interrupted by operational reasons, adverse weather, or government regulations, guests may be required to stay overnight on the island. In such cases, the company will facilitate tent accommodation and meals; however, all associated costs for these additional services will be the responsibility of the guest.
